Meet The Staff
TARA:
Owner/Master Cosmetologist: Tara has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1996. She has had an exciting career behind the chair, a beauty retail manager, and as a makeup artist freelancer with some of the top beauty brands. Throughout her career she has learned many facets within the beauty industry. Tara enjoys the world of cosmetology. She enjoys both men's and women's haircutting, advanced razor cutting, color, highlighting, ombre/balayage, creative/fantasy color, skincare, and cosmetics. Additionally, Tara enjoys pampering Clients with manicures and pedicures. As Owner, Tara has curated collections of the best brands to bring clean, healthy, and natural based products that are high performance to Salon Clients.
ALANA:
Alana is a graduate of Burmudian Spring H.S. and Empire Beauty School. She has mentored with Tara since November 2024 and has immersed herself in the Art of Cosmetology throughout her employment at Concept 68 and Empire Beauty School. Alana is passionate about her career in Cosmetology, particularly involving the creativity of highlighting, balayage, haircolor, haircutting, and innovative hairstyling techniques, including updos. Beyond the salon she is an explorer at heart! Whether the activity is hiking in the woods or catching the rays at the beach, she enjoys being in nature. She has also dabbled in rural exploring of "creepy" buildings/destinations with friends. Spine chilling movies & psychological thrillers are her default flicks, while food channels and epicurean adventures are her preferences for television and social media "shorts".
